https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk Nurses traveling to the UK will need to ensure they have filled this in and submitted the form prior to travel. The candidate must complete this form even if they have already completed a different form to enter the UK or another country. If they do not complete the form before they arrive in the UK, it might take longer to enter the UK. Once completed, the nurse needs to bring either a printed copy or show the confirmation e-mail on their phone.
